How long does a session last?
Each session is an hour, but double sessions can be negotiated in advance.

How much does it cost?
The price is £35 per session, but if a block of 8 or more is booked in advance, then the price is £30 per session. A limited number of concessionary places are available for the unwaged.

How many sessions will I need?
The answer to that is, as many as you may feel you need. Regular reviews are part of the process, so we can discuss how things are going and whether your objectives are being met. You will be the best person to judge when you are ready to leave therapy and as long as you let me know beforehand, we can work together to bring things to a safe conclusion.

What if I can't make a session or am running late?
24 hours notice is required if a session can't be attended for any reason, except in the case of emergencies when notification should be as soon as possible. No charge will be made in these circumstances. However, any un-notified absences will be charged at £15 in order to cover administration and room hire costs, and two such absences in a row will automatically result in the cancellation of further sessions, unless a block of sessions has been pre-booked and paid for in full. In this case, the missed sessions will be forfeited but the remaining sessions may be attended.
